A v2 and a special. That's all for quite a while (again). For the second time in a row, HBO is skipping seasons 7 and 8. So, just like last time, it will be another 7-8 months before they get to the end of season 6. And once again, they are skipping episode 202 with Robin Williams.

Dennis Miller is a "special guest star" on Boston Public Chapters 71 - 73. Charlie Bixby, an investment banker, convicted of securities fraud, avoids jail time by agreeing to community service: teaching math at Winslow High. Mr. Miller has finally been cast in a role well in his acting range that he comes across very well. I was quite impressed, and I'll be the first to admit that his previous acting roles were quite lame, bad matches all of them. Mr. Miller talks about being approached for this role on Boston Public in his September Tonight Show appearance.
